As a Floor Supervisor you assist in the day to day running of a successful & growing business that delivers an amazing customer experience, fantastic food, brings the numbers in & is always safe, secure & legal. It is your responsibility to develop your team and grow their confidence to help shape the culture of your café. You should have proven customer and people skills and promote like mind-ness within your team.

You are a critical part of the BTP management team & are always looking for ways to make things better & integrate your Café further into the community it serves.

This is a great first management role for someone who is ambitious and wants to progress through the Management route… or maybe even own their own café some day! With our fantastic training & development programmes and commitment to develop from within you can have a meaningful career in the hospitality industry.

Pay: £11.80 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
