About this role

Sodexo have an exciting opportunity for a number of Call Centre Advisors to join our new, high profile, contract based in Swindon.

Come and join our Services Centre team and be a part of the excellent customer experience property helpdesk.

The Helpdesk Operators will interact with our customers and suppliers ensuring a prompt, professional and efficient service, in terms of response via email or telephone. 

The ideal candidate should be a fantastic communicator both verbal and written, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to conduct themselves professionally at all times. 

To succeed, you'll need to have:  


Excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, good communications and literacy skills.
Previous experience of providing helpdesk or Call Centre service, developing productive working relationships with key customers and suppliers.
Basic Understanding of computer hardware and applications e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook etc
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

COMPETETIVE SALARY, Part Time Permanent Opportunities 

Shift pattern: The operator will be required to work 3 days between Friday and Tuesday
each week. They will be expected to work either of the 3 rotational shift
patterns that currently exist dependant on business needs.
