Call Centre Agent

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with an online retail business, with the appointment of a Call Centre Agent to join their dynamic team.

You will be taking inbound calls from existing and prospective customers regarding an extensive product range, with the overall objective of booking an appointment for an experienced sales advisor to offer an inhouse demonstration and quote. On top of your basic salary, there is also great earning potential for all the appointments you book in and convert to sale.

Key duties of the role will involve:

• Outbound calls to people enquiring about the products.
• Receiving some incoming calls from customers.
• Responding to leads from the website and adverts.
• Booking sales appointments.
• Understanding the customer needs and suggesting suitable products.

Skills required:

• Telesales or outbound experience is highly desirable.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build a professional yet relaxed rapport at all levels.
• A calm and unflappable nature.
• Excellent work ethic and hunger for success.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm.
• Every other Saturday (day off in lieu).
• 1 in 10 Sundays required, 10:00 - 4:00pm

Salary: £25,000

OTE £35,000-£40,000 (uncapped commission)
