Call Centre Agent

Very specific hours required Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 11:30 and Friday 08:30 - 12:30 Total 16 hours per week You will be required to work with the reception team and other clinicians within the same day team to answer calls from patient's, complete a template from the information the patient provides you and discuss this with our duty clinicians who will be triaging in our same day team. This will then be relayed back to the patient and bookings can then be made. You will be expected to take calls, make bookings, deal with queries from our incoming calls and deal with them to a high standard for patient satifsfaction.
