Call Centre Agents

Are you looking for some temporary work? If so we are currently recruiting a large number of Call Centre Agents based in Par, Cornwall to commence ASAP to 21st Jan'24 to take donations for various charities.

You will be working on major fundraising campaigns to make a difference in the world and help the lives that you are fundraising for.

We are open to applicants from all industries, as you have a friendly and personable telephone manner and excellent customer service skills. Candidates from a hospitality background would be ideal.

This is a telephone based role, you must possess a friendly telephone manner and customer service skills. Full Training will be given for the role.

You will be responsible for answering inbound and making outbound calls for various charities, speaking to supporters who want to make a donation. You will be reading from a script, processing the donation amount and dealing with Gift Aid and mailing lists using their internal database.

• Call Centre Agents work on inbound and outbound campaigns

Full or Part Time hours available from the office (Minimum of 16 hours per week) / Full Time Hrs available

The hourly pay is 10.42 per hr + Holiday Pay

We are also accepting applicants from 16+ (pay rate will be reflected)

Working hrs are across:

9am - 6pm

Including one shift on the weekend
