This temporary role for 6 weeks involves a high volume of outbound calling, where you will engage potential and existing customers, handle objections effectively, and contribute to dynamic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities of a Call Centre Operative:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and current customers
- Handle objections confidently and turn potential rejections into positive outcomes
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets
Experiecne required as a Call Centre Operative:
- Experience: Previous experience in a Call Centre, telemarketing, or sales environment is highly desirable.
- Resilience: Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasion: Ability to effectively manage objections and turn conversations around.
