Call Centre Operative

Responsibilities

• Call handling
• Customer service
• Answering queries about services and products
• input information on to company computer system
• Make telephone calls to customers to book services & MOTs

Skills

• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer service/ Call centre experience desirable but not essential as full training given
• Time keeping
• Attendance
