Hours: Full time (37.5 hours)
Shift patterns (rotating pattern): 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm & 11am – 7pm (Mon-Fri) with 1 in every 5 Saturdays (9am – 3pm)
OTE: £25,000-£31,000 - (basic 23-25k based on experience + annual commission 3.6k-6k p/annum)

Key responsibilities:
Our Bookings Team of 15 people play a critical role in the business and are often the first people our patients speak to in their journey with us.
Working in a small, close-knit team, you’ll provide bookings support and customer service by:
· Efficiently book medical appointments and manage inquiries via our CRM systems
· Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and clinical teams to provide comprehensive information to patients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and patients.
· Ensure 5-star customer experiences by being proactive and finding solutions to challenges to all clients, including VIPs like premier footballers and media personalities.
· Demonstrate courtesy, empathy, and helpfulness to patients and their families.
It is desirable that applicants have the following:
· A proven track record in inbound/outbound bookings or sales.
· Strong administration skills within an office environment.
· Excellent organizational abilities, with an eye for prioritization.
· Outstanding interpersonal customer service & communication skills (written and verbal)
· A collaborative spirit, able to work well within teams and across departments.
· Resilience and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
· A confident and calm demeanor, coupled with empathy and understanding.
