Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide information and assistance
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, or concerns
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
