Call Centre Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or issues.

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Salary: From £24,974.00 per year
