Your new role:
- Handling incoming calls, resolving patient queries
- Booking, cancelling and rearranging medical appointments
- Ensuring that all inbound emails are addressed within a timely manner
- Dealing with complaints, and passing over to management where necessary
- Direct requests for assistance, care or treatment
- Creating and updating customer files
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
What you ll need to succeed:
- Excellent PC skills are required
- Proven Customer Service experience is essential
- You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Must be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in a busy and pressurised environment would be advantageous
