Call Handler

Robert Half is recruiting Claims Handlers on behalf of a growing organisation.

The role will be Office Based and will be a permanent position within the business. The salary for this role will be between £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

This role will entail speaking with customers that call in looking for potential advice or where they can go to find the correct advice.

Specific duties will include:

• Provide professional but empathetic service throughout the conversation
• Able to anticipate the customer need and action
• Support customers through the call ensuring an empathetic & customer focused approach
• Ensure a solid understanding of the procedure to be able to give customers accurate and consistent information
• Maintain accurate records on the system ensuring making sure the highest standards of data integrity are upheld
• Work with wider team to resolve complex issues & escalate issues where needed
• Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exception service

You will need previous experience within one or more of the following: Call Centres, Customer service and be able to offer empathetic and high levels of customer service.
