To provide a comprehensive and efficient secretarial and Administrative service and support with Single Point of Access with the South Tyneside Community Integrated Teams Ensure accurate and timely updating and inputting of patient details, appointments and information into clinical record (EMIS). Support the team through effective performance reporting and data management. Responsible for collating data and producing relevant reports and graphs.
