SalaryOur client is looking for 2 individuals to join their customer service department in Ipswich, where you will provide a top-level service to customers.

The Role:
- Answering incoming calls from customers, handling queries relating to agreements and products
- Making outbound calls to discuss any payment queries and updating accounts
- Responding to online chat
- The Individual:
- Previous telephony customer service experience
- A polite, friendly and professional telephone manner
- Customer focused
