SalaryRole Overview: We are actively seeking a proficient Call Listening Freelancer with sales training experience to play a pivotal role in supporting The Slimming Clinic by ensuring outstanding call quality, adherence to data protection standards, and driving sales excellence. In addition to the outlined responsibilities, we are looking for a candidate who can identify training needs and develop as well as deliver sales training to staff based on call listening insights.
Please note that this position is remote. Maximum 60 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Listen to recorded calls to assess quality, ensuring compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and sales standards.
Evaluate communication skills, customer service, and sales techniques during calls.
Provide constructive feedback to the respective supervisor for continuous improvement, professional development, and sales effectiveness.
Identify training needs through call analysis, emphasising areas for strengthening sales skills.
Develop and deliver targeted sales training sessions to staff based on call listening insights and identified improvement areas.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of call evaluations, feedback, and sales training outcomes.
Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement to processes and implement necessary sales training.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection measures at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in call listening, quality assurance, or a related field with a focus on sales.
Exceptional listening skills.
Familiarity with data protection regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
Proven experience in training delivery.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and score calls according to predefined business, quality, and sales standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a specific emphasis on sales communication.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and enhancing sales skills.
