Home Instead West Bridgford is seeking a Community Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and companionship to patients in their homes within the in the community. This rewarding position offers the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, if necessary
- Assisting with errands - taking Doris to the shops etc
- Support patients with Medication - full training is provided
- Meal preparation
- Create a warm and friendly environment for patients, offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Monitor and report any changes in patient's health or behaviour to the care team

Requirements
