Campaign and Events Coordinator

Campaign and Events Coordinator- Manchester (Hybrid) - Up to £40,000

We have partnered with a globally recognised Beauty brand to help scale their in-house Marketing & Creative team to find their next Campaign and Events Coordinator.

As part of their exciting growth plans, we are seeking an individual with previous experience overseeing large-budget creative projects/campaigns and high-profile events.

This role works closely with Brand, Social, Creative & eCommerce/Retail teams to ensure effective campaign delivery and cohesion on creative projects.

This role does include some overseas travel for shoots.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the above teams to bring together a multi-media campaign strategy from ideation to delivery
• Lead on Brand related Events, Shoots & Creative projects for smooth delivery
• Responsible for Trade & Retail marketing plans (e.g PR events, Shoots, NPLs)
• Oversee budget management and allocation for creative projects
• Report on campaign / event performance to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Min 3+ years experience in similar Creative / Brand / Campaign orientated role ideally for an established Beauty/Fashion/Retail brand
• Proven experience overseeing Events, Shoots, PR initiatives
• Budget management and allocation experience
• Excellent communicator & comfortable working with varying levels of teams
