We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated individual to come and join our well established and extremely professional events team here at Charnock Farm in Leyland. With over 30 years of events planning and hospitality management experience, our team are efficient, proficient and very successful.
Your duties will include the planning, organising and staffing of both weddings and Events within our beautiful barn and farmhouse. You will need a strong customer focus, have an eye for detail, a flair to excite our future brides and grooms and a commitment to delivering the perfect day for our customers, every day, as well as a level of diplomacy to assure the most demanding of clients.
You may be required to work in multiple hospitality departments on the same day, so a flexible can-do attitude is essential for the successful applicant, as well as an understanding that function days may be longer than a typical 8 hour day, and will not be your traditional 9am - 5pm.
Hospitality experience is preferred, but if you believe you are the right person who can offer the right skills with the right attitude and aptitude, then apply. Salary is competitive, with the option to increase earnings through commission and sales.
