Key Responsibilities:
- Good working background as an Catering Engineer.
- Proficient in fault finding and repair.
- To be able to carry out reactive maintenance, servicing / ppm, and installation of catering equipment.
- Experience with warewash equipment and diagnosis
- This will include working on various equipment such as microwaves, vac pac machines etc
- Experience of work on refrigeration would be useful too and fgas qualification.
- Experience in laundry equipment would be useful too.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Reactive attendance to emergency call-outs on 1 in 4 callout rota.
- Maintain the professional image of the company always and promote their services.
- Work on own and as part of a team
- To ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA times set out by our clients.
- Receiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.
- Reactive attendance to emergency call-outs on 1 in 4 callout rota.
Competencies:
- Gas qualifications, comcat 1,2,3 & 5.
- Hold a refrigerants certificate (F-Gas) - OPTIONAL
- Full driving licence and flexible to travel on a daily basis
- Additional Qualifications would be an advantage i.e. 18th edition
