Campaign Executive

Reed Marketing and Creative are working with a major player in the manufacturing business based in Brierley Hill for a Campaign/CRM Executive to join the business.

This is role works with a growing business and team; with some real opportunities for growth and for the role to evolve. This is initially a 12 month contract but could go on to bigger things in the business!

Duties include:

• Create and develop online marketing campaigns
• Analyse the performance of email marketing campaigns
• Look at customer segmentation, competitor analysis and optimising current campaigns
• Mentor sales team and utilising Salesforce and understanding the data

The successful candidate will have CRM experience (ideally having used Salesforce, Dynamics or Hubspot) and someone who understands the workings and successes of utilising a CRM to it's best. There could be some data cleansing but otherwise this is all aspects of the CRM process with acquisition and retention in mind.

This is a hybrid working role from Brierley Hill and salary is up to £38k, with a potential for a bonus too.
