Social Media Campaign Executive

Penns Personnel are looking for a Social Media Campaign Executive to join a valued client based in Sutton Coldfield.  This is an exciting position for an award-winning Midlands based Marketing Agency, working for a company specialising in providing marketing support to professional service firms and a range of other business-to-business organisations, some of which operate internationally.

Their teams work closely together to deliver a rounded and well-thought-through marketing support service to their clients. You will work alongside PR, website and graphic design teams and event coordinators as part of the role delivering the content for their client’s marketing campaigns both on and offline.

They are looking for someone with experience managing B2B social campaigns and mastering the LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram algorithms.

Alongside the standard communication and organisational must-haves, you should have:

• Knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn Ads Manager (essential)
• A keen eye for design (Canva experience is essential)
• Data-driven approach ready to apply to organic and paid Social Media Campaigns
• Excellent grammar and a creative flair in your copy/content
• Knowledge of lead-optimised landing pages for campaigns

Knowledge of Synthesia, WeVideo and Hootsuite would be beneficial but not essential.
