Role: Paid Social Media Executive
The Lounge family is growing! We are looking for a Paid Social Media Executive to help us execute and manage Paid Social Media strategies across multiple territories.
We are looking for somebody who is passionate about performance marketing and all things Social Media. We want you to help us drive revenue through advertising across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok. You will be responsible for assisting the planning, strategising and execution of Paid Social Media campaigns, as well as reporting on performance.
As the team grows, you'll have the opportunity to grow too! You will be able to shape our creative direction, working alongside our talented Paid Media team and build out any business processes that come with Lounge's ambitious growth.
What you will do at Lounge:
- Managing the day-to-day workload of your accounts across multiple territories and channels by setting up, running, optimising and analysing paid media campaigns.
- Supporting in strategy planning, implementation and optimisation of paid media campaigns to maximise the performance of all channels.
- Create engaging localised ad copy, target relevant audiences and analyse keywords to ensure that key insights are incorporated in activity.
- Monitor industry trends and updates to be able to report back on insights and ensure you become an expert in the field.
- Digital Assets Collaboration: Liaising with in-house Creative team to develop compelling creative assets designed to resonate with the campaign target audience.
- Support with cross channel data analysis tasks with commerciality in mind.
- Support with budget management and optimisation tasks across key paid channels.
We would love it if you:
- Have Paid Social Media experience.
- Have a detailed knowledge of Facebook Business Manager.
- Have a detailed knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager.
- Are a critical thinker and a natural problem solver.
- Are advanced in Excel.
- Have a creative mindset.
- Are passionate about analytics & have analytical skills.
