This award-winning creative Brand Experience Agency is looking for a dynamic Campaign Manager AND Senior Campaign Manager with a passion for experiential and events marketing.

This independent Brand Experience Agency has spent the last two decades creating people-centred experiences for some of the world’s most recognisable brands.

Located just 30 minutes from Paddington, its 170-strong team uses a whip-smart blend of retail, experiential, social media and influencer marketing and sampling to inspire trust, loyalty and brand awareness.

Now these award-winning industry leaders are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Campaign Manager AND Senior Campaign Manager with a shopper and experiential skill set to apply these principles to campaigns in-store, out of home and online.

The Campaign Manager and Senior Campaign Manager roles

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role with a fascinating range of clients – one a huge name in FMCG (beverage and beauty brands) and the other a significant new win in travel and tourism. You will also be working on new business.

As an essential part of the agency’s team, you will be managing multi-dimensional campaigns with precision, creativity and flair in conjunction with key stakeholders and the agency’s groundbreaking creatives.

• A background in project management or account handling in a similar agency environment
• Mighty multitasking abilities
• Mastery in campaign reporting and financial acumen A confident self-starter with a passion for excellence and creativity

Work from home policy

The agency operates a hybrid model with three days in the office each week and two at home.

Its offices are just 30 minutes from Paddington by train or Tube with a free shuttle bus to the agency from the station.

Salary and benefits

Campaign Manager salary to £35k plus bonus.

Senior Campaign Manager salary to £45k plus bonus.
