We`re looking for a new Campaign Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will Define and manage campaigns through the line, engaging with key stakeholders to deliver plans across all channels. Whilst also specifically managing the processes, people and suppliers by which in-store marketing materials are created and delivered to Dreams and Feather & Black stores.

-Lead for planning & communicating campaign content for all channels across Dreams & Feather & Black you will be the link between buying, merchandising, marketing, ecommerce and central operations.
- Manage and coordinate the Trade Marketing Calendar & disseminate across the business short-, medium- and long-term promotional plans. Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager to develop this.
- Responsibility for leading in-store marketing activities, for Dreams & Feather & Black, in an efficient, cost-effective and timely manner that covers all temporary and semi-permanent Point of Sale, from campaign material to launching new products.
- Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and consistency in the delivery of marketing campaigns across the business.
- Manage and develop the in-store music proposition to ensure optimum ambience created for the sales environment as well as how the channel can be developed to support campaign delivery as well as colleague engagement.
- Managing third party supplier relationships. Identifying the most suitable, defining SLAs, conducting ongoing reviews and process improvements, etc.
- Ongoing liaison with Retail Operations to keep them informed about ongoing activities. Through the creation of store communications packs as well as taking them on the journey of our decision making and outputs for all campaigns.
- Work with key stakeholders teams and stores to ensure excellent execution of all in-store marketing, navigate the challenges faced by stores and other channels, working through solutions to improve.
Note store & supplier visits are part of this role, therefore some amount of travel/driving is expected.
This is the type of person we`re dreaming of:
- Must have had previous experience with POS marketing
- Ability to multi-task in high pressured environments
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Proactive and resourceful, someone who takes responsibility for making things happen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, across all levels. A good negotiator
- Highly organised, particularly with regards to collating complex briefs, workload planning/scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and determination to achieve accuracy
- Good knowledge of and confidence and experience with print-buying
- Experience and confidence in working closely with designers and artworkers.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with workflow management software
- Experience of line managing, ideally within a retail environment
