Our prestigious client based in High Wycombe is looking to recruit an experienced Campaign Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising comprehensive marketing campaigns. The company are based in High Wycombe, and whilst the role is hybrid/remote-first, we would like the successful candidate to join the rest of the team for face-to-face meetings one day a week in the office.
- Location: High Wycombe, hybrid working
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5.30pm

Role:
To pro-actively manage, plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Company's digital marketing model and corporate strategy.
- Develop campaigns in a clear structured manner with expected results at each stage.
- Drive campaigns that deliver meaningful results across the marketing funnel.
- Measuring and sharing the results of all marketing campaigns - analysing and reporting on all activity to ensure we can make data-driven, informed decisions.
- Attend and present at meetings with external partners together with Project and Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Ensure all promotional content is accurate and consistent.
- Utilise marketing automation platforms, and other digital marketing platforms, tools & services.
- Comfortable analysing data/metrics from campaigns
- Operate in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) relevant to this role.
- Understand and comply with data protection requirements.
- Must be comfortable running multiple campaigns in parallel.
The Person
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in a B2B marketing role
- Proven ability in digital, social, content and online event marketing.
- Proficiency in utilising marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- Experience in using social media in both B2B or B2C e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Twitter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling messaging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for innovation, staying updated with the latest marketing trends, and continuously improving marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
- CIM, CAM, CIPR or similar qualifications or membership
