Through the development of effective communications, you will engage and inspire Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) members to be active in promoting the value of physiotherapy in their community, whilst also building opportunities to increase the profession’s influence among local stakeholders and decision makers. In addition, the role will involve substantial input into national, regional and local campaigns, and events.
First class communication skills, confidence and self-motivation are essential attributes for this role, along with the ability to work effectively across team boundaries. Educated to degree level, or equivalent, you will also need expertise in at least one, and preferably several, of the following: media relations, stakeholder engagement, social media, online communications, video production, public affairs, writing for publications and events management.
*You must be able to travel within the North-East and Yorkshire & Humberside as required to meet the requirements of the role. Homeworking is subject to meeting assessment requirements, which includes a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps and a dedicated space to work from.
