The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and professional service demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism, customer service and integrity. Responsibilities will include: greeting students onto campus and ensuring that they follow college processes, ensure staff, students and visitors are in a safe environment by de-escalating situations, regular tours of the campus internally and externally to monitor and encourage students, staff and visitors in wearing of lanyards, smoking in designated spaces and behaving respectfully to each other and college facilities.
Working hours for this role will be: Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.00 & Friday 8.30 - 4.30 with an hour lunch break.
About you
You will need to hold a SIA Licence and have recent experience in a similar role where you have interacted with young people and vulnerable adults. An ability to work calmly under pressure and a good understanding of safeguarding and equality, diversity and inclusion are essential.
