Digital Marketing Executive

Service Care Solutions is a forward-thinking business delivering recruitment across eight different sectors, ranging from Health and Social Care to Social Housing, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Offender Rehabilitation. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is a creative thinker with a strategic mindset. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work collaboratively with our Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of Digital Marketing activities across Service Care Solutions. You will become the key driver for our SEO and spearhead our relationship with our website provider.

You will work in synergy with our sales teams, learning customer behaviour and identifying market trends to maximise sales performance and strengthen the Service Care Solutions brand.

What you'll be doing as a Digital Marketing Executive:
*  Analytics and Reporting - Generate regular reports on website performance, including traffic and conversion rate, social media performance, and job board utilisation. Presenting findings and recommendations to our Leadership Committee.
*  Event Planning and Management - Project manage and attend all of our company events, including industry-specific exhibitions and trade shows, to internal awards and celebrations.
*  Marketing Automation - Set up complex marketing automation journeys to improve our customer satisfaction process using systems like Herefish. You will be responsible for creating new and personalising existing automation to capture data across all sales markets.
*  Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - Carry out backlink analysis and keyword research using sites such as SEM Rush and Moz to monitor rankings, improve authority and visibility, and identify website optimisation opportunities.
*  Website Content and Management - Work closely with our Success Manager to create new content and deliver micro-projects across our website to optimise the UI and UX of the site.
*  Social Media Management - Schedule compelling content across all social media platforms, monitoring performance and engaging with all messages and page interactions.

Skills Required:
*  Proficient analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
*  Strong organisational, time management, and planning skills.
*  Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
*  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*  Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

What you need:
*  Digital Marketing Experience: 2 years (essential)
*  Proven experience in SEO/SEM, Automation, and CMS Marketing (preferred)
*  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
*  UK Driving License
