As the Senior Social Media and PR executive, you will be instrumental in driving the Social Media strategy and play a pivotal role in shaping the brands image.
Working on SHEINS new Manchester based Sub brands @muserastore and future brands; to drive traffic, grow engagement and following, resulting in increased sales turnover.
Working collaboratively with the product and creative teams to elevate the current projects and innovate future plans.
Responsibilities

• Develop innovative Social Media strategies to grown brand image and reach
• Actively manage Social Media platforms - Plan, create, and schedule content across various platforms in line with the product strategies and critical paths
• Ensure all content is delivered to a high quality and aligns with the brand image
• Keep upto date with all trend's ensuring content is executed at the optimal time
• Accountable for the growth of the Instagram and tiktok following
• Report weekly on process and developments on social growth, tracking metrics, and reporting on campaign performance
• Work collaboratively with the wider SHEIN team to Aline strategies and ways of working
• Monitor media coverage and Social Media engagement
• Develop and deliver a consumer PR strategie
• Working with in budget expectations
• Continually build strong relationships with industry contacts
• Manage, coordinate and execute events
• Maintenance of records of all press coverage

Requirements

• Minimum three years' experience in similar role
• Proficiency in coordinating Social Media and PR
• Great initiative and self-motivation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a continuous improvement mindset
• A passion for Social Media and all things fashion
• A collaborative work approach
• Deadline-oriented with multitasking capabilities
