My client, a well-established Manchester-based law firm, is growing, and they need a Digital & Social Media professional to implement and design their strategy. Working under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing, this exciting opportunity will enable you to develop and assist in the development of a brand-new role in the business.
 
Key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager:

• Establish, drive and manage a coherent integrated digital marketing strategy, using the full mix of digital acquisition techniques.
• Creating copy for Social Media channels to ensure consistency with our brand and tone across the firm.
• Develop and maintain a well-structured Social Media calendar focusing primarily on LinkedIn, X and Instagram to build brand engagement and income streams.
• Work closely with the Marketing Executives to ensure full management of all Social Media channels.
• Create and build digital campaigns, manage online budgets and identifying online demographics to target.
• Analyse the success of campaigns, translating data into recommendations. Monitor and optimise campaign progress regularly and produce reports during and after campaigns to show the success.
• Video content and editing
• Stay ahead of latest trends in the digital sector and make recommendations for new strategies on a regular basis.
• Manage partnerships with influencers / ambassadors when required and source new partnerships and ensure such relationships provide the necessary return on investment.
• Monitor competitor activity and responding accordingly.

Key requirements for the Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager:

• Minimum of 3 to 5+ years proven digital marketing experience either in a similar role, either B2B or B2C. Ideally with some agency side experience.
• Experience of paid Social Media activity/campaigns.
• Content creation using a variety of platforms.
• Experience of influencer campaigns.
• Experience using analytics.
• Excellent communication skills.
