As Head of Social Media / Social Media Director, you will be responsible for leading Social Media strategies and campaigns for clients, ensuring exceptional results and subsequent client satisfaction.

YOUR TASKS:

• Expert professional knowledge across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, TikTok, etc
• Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies tailored to each client's objectives and target audience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met
• Oversee the implementation of Social Media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
• Monitor and analyse the performance of Social Media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
• Analyse cultural, community, media, and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content
• Create reporting and insights on performance, successes, key learnings to stakeholders and executive level leadership

• Proven track record of successfully leading Social Media campaigns for clients across various industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best results.
• Advanced knowledge of Social Media platforms, analytics tools, and industry trends.
