Role Summary

The Candidate Experience team within the Early Talent Recruitment team support candidates from application through assessment, offer and onboarding process.  This role will support the Candidate Experience and Innovation Manager in overseeing the management of all application pipelines, and drive robustness and quality in the assessment process to meet recruitment demand with the right hires.

Key Responsibilities

Application and Assessments:

  • Overseeing the effective screening of all application pipelines ensuring quality and accuracy

  • Compiling supporting data to make decisions on screening benchmarks, application opening dates and other related processes

  • Overseeing the timely scheduling of Assessment Centres and Technical Interviews

  • Ensuring all candidates regardless of stage receive timely updates and outcomes

  • Driving quality assurance in screening and Assessments through a regular cadence of checks against agreed frameworks

  • Hosting weekly candidate information session on digital chat tool and driving usage of the chat tool within the team

  • Subject Matter Expert (including technical) for ATS, AC Platform and Digital Chat tool

  • Training new recruiters in screening and interviewing

  • Working closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure SLA’s are met and regularly review to evaluate that the product still meets the Candidate Experience/Assessment requirements

  • Overseeing the management of the Assessment inboxes ensuring timely responses and excellent Candidate Experience.

  • Supporting the Leadership Referrals process offering a fair service to applicants and updating the MD’s in agreed timelines

  • Regular evaluation of all candidate communications to ensure that messaging is still relevant and includes all key points

  • Supporting the Candidate Experience and Innovation Manager in Assessment Innovation projects

Line Management

  • Working closely with Offshore Management to agree SLA’s of 2 Offshore Recruitment Enablers and meeting regularly to ensure that service levels are met.

  • Managing the Assessment Co-ordinator ensuring Assessment Centres are well organised, Candidate Experience is prioritized, and assessment guidelines are being adhered to.

Communication and Working Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Point of contact for candidate screening and assessment scheduling queries

  • Point of contact for manager interview scheduling queries

  • Point of contact for referral queries
