Salary Brand new position for a really capable Caretaker/Maintenance person to look after all general house maintenance for a large estate near Henley-on-Thames. Understanding a plant room and real knowledge of electrics, plumbing and carpentry is really important. Being proactive and able to work independently, prioritising key tasks as well as being happy working as part of a team.
This is a diverse, busy and very varied role and would suit a discreet, professional with a flexible "happy to help" attitude.
Feeding the family dogs, running errands, blowing leaves, mending washing machines, clearing gutters are a few of the tasks you may be called upon.
Driver essential and a car is provided on duty.
No gardening is required.
Working a 5 day week, 40/45hrs with 2 bed staff accommodation provided (partners welcome).
Salary negotiable from £45k-£50k gross pa depending on experience.
