SNG have a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Resource Planning Team as a Capacity Forecasting Analyst.

It's a really exciting time to join us as Sovereign have joined forces with Network Homes to form SNG (Sovereign Network Group). The role
Resource Planning is key to ensure we are equipped to deal with the day to day through to long term demands; as our Capacity Forecasting Analyst, you'll initially support the Customer Service Management Centre with capacity planning across all channels; in time this reach will extend across other key parts of the business including our field planning operations. You'll learn about the workload of our business partners and be pro-active in highlighting risks & opportunities. You'll use, maintain, and develop our capacity plans and budget planning models.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our historical data and will need to be able to interpret and analyse our medium and long term trends; communicating with stakeholders in data led discussions to influence value driven decision making. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing pro-active analysis and insight to inform and influence key operational planning and performance decisions
  • Adding value through effective business partnering as a subject matter expert on demand forecasting and capacity planning
  • Completing robust planning and forecasting analysis on projects or change initiatives, highlighting the impacts to both overall performance and our customer's journey
  • Maintaining historical forecasting and planning data, reviewing and sharing relevant reporting insights with stakeholders as and when required, influencing the decision making process
  • Collaborating with stakeholders both within the Customer Service Management Centre and the wider business to share knowledge, best practice, and improve our forecasting capability
  • Supporting the wider planning team as required in times of peak workload and absence

What we're looking for

  • Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to forge new relationships and champion planning across the wider business
  • Self-driven and highly motivated – seeking opportunities to broaden delivery of planning to new areas
  • Demonstrable use and knowledge of Excel and Erlang based capacity models
  • Experience with Calabrio Teleopti WFM or similar Workforce Management Planning Tool (Desirable)
