Our client are on the hunt for a skilled Capital Modelling Actuary, looking to step into a managerial position.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage systems for accurate data and efficient actuarial models
- Align processes with business needs and ensure compliance
- Manage and monitor actuarial processes for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders for enhanced customer focus
- Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team
About You:
- A Qualified Capital Actuary looking to transition into a management position (client is open to candidates qualified by experience)
- In-depth understanding of insurance business processes
- Ideally strong experience with Igloo (open to experience in other Capital software's)
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Excel and analytical tools are your superpowers
- Organised to meet deadlines
Flexible Working:
- Offering 1-5 days in office p/w (it's your chose!)
- Allowing regional location, with offices across the UK (whichever office is closest to you works for them)
- European location could be a discussion for the right candidate
