Car Forecourt Controller Job in Swansea

Used Car Forecourt Controller required in Swansea.

• Salary is £12 per hour/£26,520 per annum.
• Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.

Our client, one South Wales' largest car dealer groups and the best within their franchise, are currently recruiting for a Used Car Forecourt Controller to join their busy dealership based in Swansea within their used car sales team.
Reporting to the Used Car Sales Manager and working as part of a team, your responsibilities as the Site Controller will include, but are not limited to:

• Controlling the dealerships used vehicle forecourt and its aesthetic. 
• Upon delivery of the vehicle you shall perform a quality control check. 
• Taking professional photos of used vehicle stock vehicles and uploading these with the product specifications to our client’s internet website as well as external advertising sites such as Autotrader and much more
• Taking professional virtual tours of vehicles for upload to our client’s website.
• Keeping up to date with our stock profile and product line-up.
• Driving/delivering vehicles for the sales and service department to relevant customers.
• Movement of vehicles from different parts of the dealership.

The successful Used Car Forecourt Controller will be a confident and articulate individual and the role will involve the dealership's e-commerce, digital marketing and internet sales leads management as well as forecourt display, movement of cars and vehicle progression through the various stages of our sales process. Prior experience in the motor trade is not essential to our client at this stage, however working experience in operating an online retail platform will be advantageous. Due to the nature of our client’s role, it is a requirement to hold a full UK driving license, and for insurance reason our client requires all applicants to be ages 21 and over.
