About The Role
At OCS Group, we are in search of a Car Park Attendant, who will carry out a range of cleaning activities including litter picking, leaf blowing, jet washing and emptying bins and to work in a team to keep a busy customer Car Park clean and free from litter.
You will also:
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
- Meet and greet visitors and dealing with customer queries
- Communicate effectively with all visitors and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe & friendly environment for all visitors and to assist the customer service desk during busy periods
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Customer service experience and approachable & friendly manner
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Good communication skills
- To ensure that all clients and customers are dealt with promptly and courteously
