This is a full-time permanent position where the Principal Designer will be experienced in their field and have a strong understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 regulations.
My client has an extremely positive & supportive work environment and are seeking a Principal Designer who will be supporting them on commercial, retail, and residential projects across the nation.
Principal Designer main duties:
- Carry out Principal Designer duties under CDM Regulations
- Collate and distribute Pre-Construction Information
- Attend project design team meetings
- Assist Designers and Clients with their duties under CDM Regulations
- Review Construction Phase Plan
- Raise F10 notifications behalf of the Client
Principal Designer skills & experience
- Experience & knowledge of CDM Regulations
- Experience carrying out Principal Designer duties
- Experience in the role of CDM Advisor
- Hold an IOSH membership
- Ideally a member of APS
- Hold a NEBOSH certificate
