Introduction
We are pleased to be working on behalf of a globally recognised Architectural studio in their search for an experienced and talented Design Architect. This Design Architect will be joining a well-established team and become part of a global network of design innovators. This opportunity will give you the chance to work on some huge international projects covering a wide variety of sectors from Residential, Commercial, Masterplanning, Transport and more. Duties:
Conduct feasibility studies and concept design work on a variety of large scale International projects
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design proposals
Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality, functional design solutions that reflect the clients’ design brief
Stay up-to-date with architectural trends and advancements, incorporating sustainable design principles
Liaise with construction professionals and adhere to industry standards and regulations
Present and communicate design ideas effectively to clients and local planning authorities
Requirements:
ARB registered and Masters Qualified Architect
Expert user of Revit and Adobe Suite
Experience working across various sectors is advantageous, but a passion for innovative design is essential
A creative mindset and design-led approach to Architecture
Proven experience in Concept design RIBA stages 0 -2
Excellent client facing ability
A high-quality portfolio of previous work
Excellent communication ability (both written and verbal)
