Senior Design Architect

THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN DUBAI, CANDIDATES NEED TO BE WILLING TO RELOCATE ***Job Description* Collaborate with project teams to formulate design concepts and contribute to architecture design development.* Assist in creating documentation for authority submissions, tender processes, and construction activities.* Administer and coordinate the project team, providing training and supervision for outsourced staff in BIM drawing guidelines.* Ensure adherence to Company's BIM Standards and oversee project filing procedures.* Review and consolidate statutory requirements for local authority submissions.* Compile a comprehensive list of documents for design and working drawings packages.* Generate sketch designs, including perspectives, and participate in internal and client design reviews.* Contribute to the preparation of drawing documentation and present design concepts to clients.* Coordinate with sub-consultants and project teams for tender and construction documentation.* Oversee the coordination of details and cross-checking with relevant documents for construction purposes.* Issue information to contractors related to Requests for Information (RFI), additional details, site instructions, and variations.* Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies, objectives, and procedures within the Company's Integrated Management System.* Promptly report all accidents, incidents, near misses, regardless of severity, to the QHSE Manager and/or HR.Below is a list of our benefits:* Flight allowances – 1x return flight back to home country added as pro-rated cash allowance to monthly salary* Comprehensive medical cover with Now Health which is valid worldwide (excluding USA & Canada)* Life Insurance with AXA Gulf (24 times your basic salary)* 22 working days of annual leave + Public Holidays + Compassionate/Maternity/Paternity leave whenever applicable* Yearly Bonus based on the company’s overall performance* Career growth opportunity based on performance* Vibrant and fun working environment with many outside of work social activities organized throughout the yearAlso, for international candidates, we offer the following relocation assistance:* Inbound flight to Dubai* Pick up from the airport and drop off at a hotel* 1x room accommodation for 1 month* Custom-made Welcome pack with all necessary informatioSkills• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to use Architectural related softwaresuch as Revit• Time management skills• Ability to create and develop design details• Good written and spoken English
