We are offering a rare opportunity to join a stable team in a medium-sized, independent used car dealership/supermarket. With over 150+ cars in stock that are priced to sell, emphasis will be placed on using your experience to assess customers' needs and then sell the product/products they need.
Owing to great sales last year with records being conquered month on month we need another capable pair of hands to field the vast amounts of leads that come into the sales department.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous Car Sales experience from a main dealer or independent.
* Drive and determination to hit and exceed targets
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to use own initiative but ask for guidance when necessary
* Engaging and persuasive personality
* Enthusiasm for the products and addons
* Ability to upsell
Package
* £22,000 basic salary
* £50k OTE
Hours
* Two Days off in the week every week
* Monday to Friday 9am -7.30pm
* Every Saturday 8.30am-6pm
* Every other Sunday 9.30am-5pm
