We are seeking a Card Scheme Compliance Analyst as part of our global Card Scheme strategy, to assist with Scheme Compliance for our core business units—Payment Processing, Integrated/E-commerce Acquiring, Digital Wallets and eCash. The function covers our international card processing and acquiring activities, but predominantly in the US, Canada, UK and Europe.

How we work:
Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location.The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.
The impact you will have:
The right candidate will have a background in the card acquiring industry, with experience working for a company in the payments value chain, including Card Schemes, acquiring banks, processors, and/or Fintechs.
The position can be based out of London or Dublin, reporting to our Director of Scheme Compliance.
Support the Global Scheme Compliance team, to deliver a world-class Scheme Compliance service to Paysafe business units.
Assist in the scheme mandates process by ensuring updates and notifications are received, analysed, understood, recorded, and communicated to relevant business units to ensure Paysafe remains compliant with requirements.
Assist in the coordination and completion of reporting tasks, including regular business performance reporting to the schemes and business.
Assist Compliance Manager in the production and maintenance of the Governance Roadmap for technical Scheme enhancements.
Ensure team communications and correspondence is handled effectively.
Support formal Scheme Compliance procedures and processes by keeping them up to date and relevant.
Maintain and develop document repositories and online file share spaces.
Achieve SLAs, KPIs and targets to ensure service is delivered to time and quality.
Take ownership of small scheme projects, and other initiatives, in collaboration with senior management and the business.
Manage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers alike. Examples include the schemes and other 3rd party partners, plus colleagues with whom regular interface is required.
Support Paysafe Scheme Compliance through participation at relevant internal and external meetings and events.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years’ experience in the payments industry i.e., acquiring banks, processors, and/or Fintech’s.
Ability to learn and understand scheme products is essential.
Strong IT skills
Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Communicating clearly and accurately to different audiences.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in daily task completion.
Self-led worker able to use initiative to solve challenges and seek ways to work smarter.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and moments of high workload while remaining focused and professional always.
Can assist to build a positive culture of achieving excellence and continuous improvement.
