The department will have a total of 6 apprentices at levels 2 and 4, and hope to again support staff to access the level 6 apprenticeship in the future. We also host PTP, ETP and STP trainees. You will be expected to be involved in the training of all of these staff groups, and be responsible for the assessment of some. We are able to support the post holder to undertake training and gain qualifications in teaching , mentoring and assessment if they do not already have these. The post holder will also be expected to deputise for the Lead in Non-invasive services, and be responsible for implementing QA processes in the areas of ECG, ambulatory monitoring and ETT.
