Rate of Pay: £13.50 - £16.50 p/h
Monday = Friday 08.30 - 17.30: 40 hours a week
4 week temp contract - May be extended
- Support head of care with Administrative and compliance duties
- Arrange meetings and minute taking
- Liasing with facilities team and reporting faulty equipment
- Collaborate with finance team to prepare spreadsheet for payroll
- Assist with planning and events in the home
- Liase with Catering and internal stakeholders in regards to process for reporting incidents
- Create, retrieve, update and file documentation and support Deputy with all administrative requirements
