Care Assistant Everycare - Tunbridge Wells- Tonbridge-Sevenoaks Area - Pay Rates from £14.50 per hour (enhancements for weekends and bank holidays). Everycare provides the highest quality home care services. We are looking for excellent individuals committed to providing the best care possible to join our team. This is a very rewarding role supporting our valued clients. Applicants need to be UK Residents (Within a 20 miles radius of the Tunbridge Wells area) with a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car. Unfortunately We are unable to offer sponsorships.

PLEASE NOTE UK RESIDENTS ONLY

Induction Training: We offer positions to both experienced and inexperienced candidates. We provide full training over a 3-day induction period. After completing the induction training you will be placed with experienced Care Assistants for field shadowing and then working with a trained carer so that you feel confident and ready to go

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver not essential as you will be fully trained.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
