We are searching for Care Assistants to join our amazing team and work for us, in our warm, friendly, traditional privately owned Residential Care Home in Swindon with a clean, safe, and comfortable home from home environment.
Working for us as a Care Assistant, you will help create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our residents, whom we consider to be like a dear loved one in our own family. Our ethos is "Care with Compassion & Commitment".
Some of the Job Responsibilities include:
•To have a genuine passion for caring for seniors and especially those with dementia.
•To have empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
