SalaryTo assist in the provision of care for the older person. As part of a team, work to maintain the required standards of care and ensure the Residents' retain their dignity and individuality. To be actively involved in the general activities of the Care Home.
Duties include:
* To provide a high standard of care delivering and maintaining the same by supporting and assisting residents, when required, with all aspects of daily living eg washing, dressing/undressing and other aspects of daily living.
* Ensure that Residents' physical, emotional and spiritual needs are met by providing attention when required ensuring the residents comfort and dignity are retained.
* Assist in the work of social activities by interacting with Residents and helping them continue with hobbies and activities in the Care Home.
* Carry out regular checks on Residents at intervals determined by senior staff members.
* Provide care and support as identified in Care Reviews and the Care and Support Plans as directed by senior staff members.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 33.75 per week
