SalaryRemedicare are currently seeking Care Assistants for our clients residential home based in Swindon.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential care and support to a maximum of 60 diverse range of service users spanning from 18 to 100 years old.

Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Salary: 11.75 per hour
Contract: 24-48 hours per week
Shifts : Days and nights available
12 hour shifts and alternate weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Assisting with mobility and transferring residents safely using appropriate equipment.
- Supporting residents with their nutritional needs, including meal preparation and feeding assistance.
- Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care-related role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and alternate weekends.
- Must have a positive attitude and be committed to providing high-quality care to service users of all ages.
