THIS JOB IS FOR CARE WORK IN THE AREA OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CARERS THAT ENGLISH IS THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE.

WE ARE URGENTLY SEEKING A CARERS THAT LIVES IN THE W8 AREA.

Are you a Care Worker or Care Professional ? We are looking for confident Care Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Your day-to-day…

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all

Salary: £11.44 - £11.50 per hour
