Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal support and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to senior staff
- Maintain accurate records of client care and activities
